Introduction
Over the course of a year, we successfully completed comprehensive electrical works for a high-end clubhouse development. This large-scale project involved the full electrical fit-out of multiple zones across the facility, with a strong focus on architectural detail, functionality, and safety.

Architectural Internal Lighting
Custom-designed and installed lighting throughout the clubhouse interior, tailored to the architectural specifications to enhance aesthetics, comfort, and energy efficiency. -
Switches & PowerPoints
Installation of modern switches and general power outlets (GPOs), including USB-integrated options, to meet both residential and commercial needs across all areas. -
Main Power & Lighting Distribution Board
Supply and installation of the main distribution board to manage and protect all power and lighting circuits, complete with RCDs, MCBs, and clear circuit labelling. -
Exterior Garden Lighting
Weather-resistant Garden and landscape lighting, designed to highlight outdoor features and improve nighttime visibility and safety. - Architectural Lighting – Media Room Bespoke lighting solution for the client's media room, incorporating dimmable and directional lighting to support an immersive audio-visual experience.
